Pastor Calvin O. Foster, Jr., affectionately known as Pastor “C”, is the son of retired Master Chief Calvin O. Foster, Jr. and Minister Sandy Foster.

Pastor “C” gave his life to Christ at eight years old and preached his first sermon at the age of thirteen. While growing up, Pastor “C” was a very active member of the Youth Department at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Greensboro, NC. He also taught several youth church sessions. Later he joined Calvary Christian Center and served under the leadership of Pastor Vince P. Hairston. In 2009, Pastor “C” began to truly pursue his passion for children and youth in his role as Youth Pastor of Beluah Baptist Church in Leasburg, NC under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Jerry O. Wilson, Sr. Most recently he severed as Youth Pastor of Genesis Baptist Church since 2010 under leadership of Pastor Dr. Verenander Hughes and prior to that Pastor Emeritus Dr. Gregory T. Headen. He presently serves as Youth Pastor of World Victory International Christian Center under the leadership of Bishop Adrian F. Starks and Pastor Shandi Starks.

Pastor “C” is also the founder and lead facilitator of Perfecting of the Saints Ministries, Inc. His organization assists in the planning and the implementation of Christian based trainings, workshops, and conferences. His organization also specifically trains in the areas of leadership, prophecy, Youth Ministry Development, and other Spiritual Gifts.

Pastor “C” attended Dudley High School in Greensboro and later Southwest High School in High Point, where he continued to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through his words and lifestyle. Pastor “C” is a 2006 graduate of Winston-Salem State University.

Pastor “C” operates in the gifts of prophecy, healing, deliverance, exhortation, preaching, teaching and others gifts as God allows and anoints him to do so. He has been called to International and Global ministry since the age of 14 and he was anointed as a “Prophet to the Nations”.

Pastor “C” loves to spend time with his family and friends. He is huge advocate of education both spiritual and academic, because he enjoys serving and supporting both public and provide schools, he often sacrifices most of his days off in order to serve as a substitute teacher. He believes that these weekly interactions have allowed him to remain relevant and keep a pulse on the concerns and challenges that are faced by the generation that he ministers to as a Youth Pastor.

Pastor “C” is a newlywed and is married to the lovely, Lady Naomi Foster. They wed in June of this year and they are excited about the many years of life and ministry that God has in store for them.
His philosophy as it relates to Youth Ministry is, “Change the Nation, One Generation at a Time”
